Use this form to request deletion of your Lune account and the data we store for it.
Lune is an ambient presence app for two people (Android), published by FusionFroze.
What we delete when we process your request:
• Your login account (email or Google)
• Your profile (display name, invite code, encryption public key)
• Your presence data (status, mood, battery, last active)
• Your whisper history (ciphertext only, we cannot read whisper text)
• Your pairing / bond with your partner
• Push notification tokens for your devices
What we cannot delete from your partner’s phone:
• Any Lune data already cached on their device or widget until they refresh or uninstall
Whisper text is end-to-end encrypted. Lune cannot read it. Deleting your account removes the ciphertext we store.
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Account freezing is not used - we delete the account and associated server data.
