Responsibilities: Own the full commercial pipeline: qualify high-value leads, build and manage a pipeline, run targeted outbound campaigns, and close accounts. Own the market map of a part of our target market and know it inside-out, better than anyone else in the company. Work alongside the founders to develop our GTM strategy and help us reach £2M ARR. Operate in early product-market-fit state – test segment, message, persona. Experience: Non-negotiable: - 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience, including sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing contracts. - Proven success in a 0→100 customer environment, ideally within a fast-growing startup. Strong track record of designing and executing high-impact outbound and multi-channel sales campaigns. - Deep experience selling B2B SaaS products and keeping up-to-date with tech trends. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfortable influencing and presenting to C-Suite. - Thrives in ambiguity: highly adaptable, self-starting, and effective in fast-moving environments. - Used to collaborating closely with marketing for revenue success & closing marketing leads Not essential, but highly desirable: - Experience in the Fin-Tech/E-Commerce (Bonus points if you have existing relationships in these industries that you can activate) - Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar.
