It would be on Dreamwidth, where anyone could leave prompts (anon included) and people respond to the prompts with the fills or links to the fills posted from a different place.
Any character can be posited to be on the aro spectrum. Sex allowed. Romance even allowed, as long as the prompt is still about how someone on the aro spectrum likes/dislikes/deals with it.
