Sparks: Game Changers 2027 Poll

Ardán and Code Coven, with the support of Fís Éireann/ Screen Ireland through the Digital Games Portfolio, are delighted to announce the return of Sparks: Game Changers, an introductory career development course for people of underrepresented genders in the Irish games industry.

Sparks: Game Changers is an online practice-led professional development programme designed to strengthen the soft skills that most directly affect career progression in the games industry.

For this programme, we define underrepresented genders as women (cis & trans), trans men, non-binary people, and any other gender-non-conforming people.

The purpose of this form is to understand how an initiative like Sparks: Game Changers can best meet the needs of participants.

(There is no set date for this programme yet, but it is projected to take place in Q1 2027.)
