Mentor: You guide members through the 90-day Refinery with your lived experience and standards.
Facilitator: You lead or co-lead live sessions, workshops and circles.
Volunteer: You give your time to specific events and moments, such as The Dinner and live gatherings.
Join a Team: You take on an ongoing role in one of our working teams, such as content, logistics, or community.
Every application is reviewed individually, and we reply to everyone.
