5. Contract & Legal Agreements

Please agree to the following terms:

Term & Payment: I understand this is a 12-month contract at $250/mo. Project work will not commence until the one-time $299 instatement fee is paid in full. The $299 is a one time payment that is non-refundable. To break this contract, a 30-day written notice is required.

Hosting & Domain: Potere Growth is responsible for hosting the website and will purchase the requested domain if available.

Compliance Liability: Potere Growth will include a basic privacy policy, but is NOT responsible or liable for full web compliance, including ADA/Accessibility standards or Cookie/GDPR legal compliance.

Platform Liability: Potere Growth is not liable for third-party platform actions, including Google Business Profile rankings, directory citation accuracy, web violations, or profile suspensions.

Copyright Liability: I confirm that all images, text, and assets I provide are legally owned or licensed by me. Potere Growth is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials.

Portfolio Consent: I grant Potere Growth permission to use screenshots, links, and media of my completed website and brand kit for portfolio examples, case studies, and marketing discussions.

All payments made to Potere Growth for digital services—including SEO creation, website design, consulting, and content development—are non‑refundable. Due to the nature of digital work, once research, strategy, or deliverables have begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms.

6. Instatement Payment & Signature

To finalize your onboarding and secure your spot in our development queue, please submit your instatement fee using our secure Stripe portal below. Please note this serves as a non-refundale deposit and instatement for service.
