Role Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation at StackOptimise.
This role is for someone who understands modern B2B growth across content, outbound, inbound, paid, and distribution, and can turn positioning into pipeline. You’ll work closely with the founders, own strategy and execution end to end, and build repeatable growth systems rather than one-off campaigns.
From day one, you’ll also be responsible for managing marketing team members and building a high-performance function.

What You’ll Own
You’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy with a clear mandate to drive pipeline and revenue. This includes full ownership of the organic content strategy for the company and team, covering LinkedIn, email, lead magnets, landing pages, and case studies.
You’ll also own core demand channels such as paid acquisition, webinars, virtual and in-person events, and community initiatives. You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, experimentation, and performance tracking, working closely with sales and GTM engineers to refine ICPs, offers, and messaging. You’ll manage and develop team members from day one and help scale the marketing function as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strong B2B marketer with experience in SaaS, agency, or GTM-led businesses, who’s comfortable owning content, paid, events, and community in a founder-led environment. You should be commercially minded, data-driven, confident leading others, and focused on outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
