Custom, hand-painted banners on thick, contractor "Kraft" paper created to celebrate your people, your milestones, and your magic.

Each design is custom created and painted by hand, so no two are ever the same. Pricing is based on size, detail, and overall design complexity.

Because I’m also a full-time photographer, I only accept a limited number of banner orders each month so availability is first come, first served.
I highly recommend ordering in advance to ensure your spot!

Your final price will be clearly communicated and approved by you after mockup design and before production begins.

If paying upfront isn’t possible, please don’t hesitate to communicate with me — this is a judgment-free zone. I’m happy to work around paydays when possible!

That said, no painting will begin until payment is received, and payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to the scheduled painted date.

For bookings made more than 3 months in advance, a 50% retainer is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due before production begins.

Banner Production & Payment Policy
Once your custom mockup has been approved, full payment is required to officially secure your banner on my production calendar.
This payment covers:
- personalized mock-up - all specialty supplies
- materials
- prep work
- paint time
- sealing & finishing
Because each banner is custom created specifically for your event, refunds are not available once production has begun or your banner has been completed.
Submitting this form and approving your mockup confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.
I understand that full payment is due after mockup approval and that custom banners are non-refundable once production has begun.
