Your final price will be clearly communicated and approved by you after mockup design and before production begins.

For banners due more than one month from the booking date, a 50% retainer is required to secure your spot. I’ll send you a week reminder when your banner is next in my production queue, and the remaining balance will be due once you're next.

For banners due within one month of booking, full payment is required upfront.

No painting will begin until the required payment has been received.

If you need to wait until payday, please communicate that with me, I’m happy to accommodate when possible!

Payment must still be received within the same calendar week your invoice is sent. For example, if you order on Tuesday and get paid Friday, that’s completely fine. However, I cannot hold an order or production spot unpaid for multiple weeks.

Banner Production & Payment Policy

Once your custom mockup has been approved, full payment is required to officially secure your banner on my production calendar.

This payment covers:

- personalized mock-up - all specialty supplies

- materials

- prep work

- paint time

- packaging

Because each banner is custom created specifically for your event, refunds are not available once production has begun or your banner has been completed.

Submitting this form and approving your mockup confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.

I understand that full payment is due after mockup approval and that custom banners are non-refundable once production has begun.
