The Maverick Exchange is a curated vendor market featuring Local Makers, All-Natural Products, Art, Gifts, Books, Curated Finds, Antiques, Vintage, Collectibles, Boutique Clothing & Accessories, Sustainable Goods, Holistic Skin Care, Candles, Yard Art, Stained Glass, Crochet Critters and more.
We carefully consider new vendors based on the products offered, quality and presentation, available space, existing product categories, and the overall needs of the store.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or availability of vendor space.
If you have previously applied or contacted us about becoming a vendor and are still interested, please complete this new application. We are starting fresh with our vendor application list.

SECTION 9 – INVENTORY & BARCODE REQUIREMENT

The Maverick Exchange uses an inventory management system to help accurately track vendor inventory and sales. All new vendors are required to participate in this system, and we are currently transitioning existing vendors to the same system.
Vendors are responsible for entering their inventory and pricing into the inventory system and ensuring that each item is properly labeled with the barcode label generated by the system before it is placed on the sales floor.
The Maverick Exchange provides access to a label printer and the required barcode labels at the store. Vendors are not required to purchase their own label printer or labels.
Vendors will be responsible for keeping their inventory information current, including adding new merchandise and updating prices when necessary.

SECTION 10 – APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that The Maverick Exchange is a curated vendor market and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or vendor space.

I understand that vendor selection may be based on product quality, presentation, originality, available space, existing product categories, product duplication, and the current needs of The Maverick Exchange.

I understand that approval applies only to the types of products presented and approved during the application process. Additional product categories may require approval before being added to my space.

I understand that participation in The Maverick Exchange inventory system is required. I agree to enter and maintain my product inventory and pricing in the system and to properly barcode-label merchandise before placing it on the sales floor. I understand that The Maverick Exchange provides a label printer and barcode labels for vendor use.

I understand that vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean, organized, appropriately stocked, and regularly refreshed.

I understand that vendors are responsible for monitoring their inventory and maintaining their assigned space.

I understand that acceptance as a vendor will require signing a separate Vendor Lease Agreement containing the complete rules, responsibilities, fees, and policies of The Maverick Exchange.
