This form will initiate the process of me stitching a cross-stitch or plastic canvas piece from my shop for you. Prices will vary based on piece complexity and can be discussed prior to starting, via an initial consult conducted via e-mail. All finished objects will ship unframed/unhooped unless otherwise requested. Plastic canvas items will be sent assembled and ready for use. I do not recommend requesting hooping/framing for items being shipped via international mail - I recommend getting the finished item framed locally to you.
Commissions are moved to the top of my personal stitching work pile and are completed in the order received. I will keep you aware of the estimated turnaround time during our initial consult. Stitching will not begin until we have agreed on a price and a deposit has been received. I reserve the right to cancel any commissions I am unable to accept, refunds will be issued in cases where I have not started stitching. I will keep you apprised of the timeline for completion as I work, these will vary from piece to piece.
A deposit of $125 USD is required prior to work starting. If our final agreed upon price is more than $125 USD, this deposit will be applied to your final total price.
