Lead HUMAN Diagnostic is a readiness and decision-culture assessment designed to help teams understand how they currently engage decisions that affect people. It is is digital and anonymous. Any team size is welcome - results are provided once we receive 80% responses.
Decisions, Decisions is an interactive leadership experience that helps sharpen how leaders think, choose and prioritize. It happens live and takes about one hour. So for now, I am looking for teams in Houston (unless your team is willing to cover travel.) Ideal team size is 8-20 people.
