MARKETING INTERN

Role Overview

The Marketing Intern supports the development and execution of strategies that strengthen Posterity International’s visibility, audience engagement, campaigns, and public positioning.


Two interns will be selected for distinct portfolios. The Posterity International Marketing Intern will support organization-wide branding, audience growth, campaigns, partnerships, fundraising, and visibility. The Safe Survivor Initiative Marketing Intern will focus specifically on building awareness and engagement around the Safe Survivor Initiative, including public education, advocacy, fundraising, events, and movement-building.

Key Responsibilities

Support development and execution of marketing and audience-growth strategies
Assist with campaign planning and launches
Develop messaging tailored to different audiences and platforms
Support fundraising and event marketing
Research potential audiences, channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities
Review engagement and campaign performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with research, social media, design, and fundraising teams
Help maintain consistent messaging and positioning across communications

Qualifications

Interest or experience in marketing, communications, branding, public relations, or a related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Understanding of digital platforms and audience engagement
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Experience with analytics, email marketing, SEO, or campaign strategy is welcomed but not required

Compensation

This is an unpaid, volunteer-based internship. However, students may be eligible to receive academic or course credit through their university, subject to their institution’s approval and requirements.
