Role Description
We are looking for a highly connected Affiliate Manager with an existing portfolio of active affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the Forex / financial / prop trading space. This role is focused on immediate impact — bringing revenue from day one through established partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Activation & Revenue Growth
• Leverage an existing portfolio of affiliates and IBs to generate immediate FTDs and trading volume
• Reactivate dormant partners and scale top-performing ones
• Continuously grow partner revenue through optimization and upselling
Affiliate & IB Management
• Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates and IBs
• Negotiate and optimize CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Provide partners with tailored offers, funnels, and marketing support
Partner Acquisition
• Expand your existing network by onboarding new affiliates and IBs
• Build relationships with trading communities, educators, and influencers
Performance Optimization
• Track KPIs: FTDs, CPA, ROI, LTV, trading volume
• Optimize funnels (landing pages, onboarding, deposit flow)
• Monitor and improve conversion rates across GEOs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with CRM/Retention teams to improve trader lifetime value
• Coordinate with Sales on lead conversion quality
• Align with Product/Dealing teams on trading conditions and offers
Requirements
• 2–5+ years in affiliate marketing within Forex / CFDs / crypto / prop trading
• Proven portfolio of active affiliates and IBs (must be able to demonstrate performance)
• Ability to bring FTDs within the first 30–60 days
• Strong understanding of IB models and commission structures and Trader lifecycle (lead → FTD → retention → volume)
• Hands-on, revenue-driven mindset
