We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our content operation and help turn SMIYL into the strongest Cambridge education brand in the world.
This is not simply a video editing role.
You’ll work closely with the founder to:
- develop high-potential content ideas
- build and manage our content calendar
- script and structure long-form YouTube videos
- improve titles, thumbnails, hooks and packaging
- manage our long-form and short-form editors
- review content and maintain quality standards
- personally edit selected high-priority videos
- analyse channel performance
- contribute to product launches and campaigns
- ultimately help grow SMIYL’s media channels and the business behind them
Compensation: Approximately USD $400–$500/month depending on experience and fit.
Location: Remote.
