Rio Valley Items needing attention

Creating Value • Creating Shade • Creating Connections

We want to hear from you! Whether you've noticed a problem, have a concern about neighborhood management, or simply want to share an idea, this is your opportunity to be heard. Your observations and suggestions help us care for Rio Valley and make it a better place to live.

Before You Begin: HOA or City Responsibility?

Some concerns belong to the Rio Valley HOA, while others are the responsibility of the City of El Paso. The City generally handles: - Public parks, park landscaping, and park irrigation
- Public streets and potholes
- Illegal parking and abandoned vehicles
- Public sidewalks
- Traffic signs and signals
- Streetlights
- Illegal dumping
- Public nuisances and possible City code violations
For these concerns, please report directly to El Paso 311: https://www.elpasotexas.gov/311

The HOA handles matters involving its governing documents, HOA-controlled property, management services, and neighborhood improvement initiatives. Not sure who is responsible? Tell us anyway. We'll help identify where the concern belongs. For emergencies, call 911.
