Our holiday styling packages include installation within our standard South Jersey service area. Locations outside this area may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed at booking.
Your preferred date is subject to availability. Riley Madison Design will coordinate and confirm your installation date.
Upload 2–4 current photos showing your entire porch and steps. Include any existing planters or containers you would like us to use.
Fresh holiday greenery is included in package pricing. Faux greenery is available upon request.
Additional decorative elements are priced separately from your selected styling package. Please confirm your understanding below.
Pricing will be provided for your review and approval before any purchases are made. All purchased decorative items are yours to keep and enjoy for future seasons.

Seasonal Décor Terms
Fresh greenery, wreaths, garlands, seasonal plants, and other natural holiday materials are perishable and may naturally vary in size, shape, color, and appearance. Fresh greenery and live plants require regular watering and/or misting, as appropriate, to help maintain freshness throughout the season. The client is responsible for proper care and maintenance following installation. Riley Madison Design reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall quality, and value of the selected package.
Riley Madison Design is not responsible after installation for fading, wilting, rotting, mold, insects, squirrels or other animals, theft, vandalism, extreme temperatures, rain, wind, frost, moisture, staining, debris or other weather-related damage. Refunds and complimentary replacements are not provided for these circumstances.
The client is responsible for watering live plants, monitoring the décor and removing any item that begins to deteriorate. The client agrees to provide safe access to the property on installation day and to secure pets. Riley Madison Design is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable surfaces, damaged planters or other property conditions.
By selecting a package, the client authorizes Riley Madison Design to use professional judgment when choosing and arranging materials. Inspiration photos and preferences will be considered, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed. Removal is not included unless selected and paid for.
Client cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 21 days before installation qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days are nonrefundable, except as required by law. A reasonable change to the installation date does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. If Riley Madison Design cannot provide the service within a reasonable alternative timeframe, an appropriate refund will be offered. Riley Madison Design reserves the right to reschedule installations due to weather, illness, unsafe conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly, and reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative date.
Full payment for standard styling packages is required at booking. Custom Holiday Design requests receive a personalized quote; payment is arranged after approval. Additional decorative items and planters/containers are priced separately and require approval before purchase. All purchased decorations and containers belong to the client. Optional end-of-season removal is $75 and is available January 5–15, weather permitting. Exact removal dates will be coordinated and confirmed by Riley Madison Design. Purchased decorative items and containers are left with the customer.
