Hiring: Part-Time Performance & Growth Marketing Lead – Live Comedy Shows (Remote)

We’re looking for a senior, performance-minded marketing lead to help drive ticket sales by building and improving the systems that turn content and audiences into buyers.


This is a high-impact, part-time role focused on strategy, conversion, and execution of the highest-leverage marketing initiatives - not managing every channel day-to-day.


You’ll partner closely with our team to connect organic content, owned audiences (email/SMS), and paid media into a clear, measurable funnel that supports shows, runs, and tours.

This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours. Must be based in the United States or able to work US hours.

Rate: Starting around $35/hour, with flexibility for candidates who bring deep funnel, analytics, and growth expertise

Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, will vary.

What You’ll Do:
Funnel Strategy & Conversion Tracking (Primary Focus)

- Help define and refine the audience → subscriber → ticket buyer funnel

- Ensure conversion tracking is set up and meaningful across key touchpoints

- Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve ticket sales and list growth

- Provide clear direction on where to focus marketing effort (and where not to)

Performance Marketing & Ticket Sales (Execution + Optimization)

- Lead paid media strategy and execution (primarily Meta) in support of ticket sales and list growth
- Set up targeting, creative testing, and retargeting aligned with funnel behavior
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on real conversion data
- Track cost per ticket sold, ROAS, and downstream impact on owned audiences

Organic Content as a Revenue Driver (Strategic Guidance)

- Evaluate organic content (YouTube, reels, stories) through a conversion lens

- Advise on hooks, CTAs, and formats that drive subscribers and buyers

-Partner with editors and producers — not manage them — to align content with sales goals

Email, SMS & Ticket Launch Support

- Support email and SMS strategy around ticket drops and show promotion

- Help improve segmentation, timing, and messaging tied to conversions

- Ensure owned channels are fully integrated into each show’s marketing plan

Reporting & Playbooks

- Share clear, actionable insights on what’s working and why

- Help document repeatable strategies for future shows and markets

- Bring a testing mindset that compounds results over time
