We're building a self-serve UK dashboard for people who buy or source investment property off-market.
Lots of property companies borrow against a specific building, and the loan is registered as a charge at Companies House. We find the ones where the charge has no repayment filed past typical 12 to 24 month terms, and show you the property it's secured on where the charge record names it. We also show the company that owns it and who runs it, so you can approach the owner directly. Each lender gets one of five labels (for example bridging-style or high-street), with the reason behind each one. Each company gets a short Lead summary based on register facts, and companies in administration or liquidation are hidden by default.
You can also ask our built-in AI assistant about any company.
A small free beta version is planned for December 2026 (dates may change), in return for honest feedback. Places are limited, and we'll email you if you've been picked.
