Fall Conference 2026 Group Registration Form

Early Bird Registration Price List

We are excited to welcome you to our fall conference!
New this year, we have a more accessible group rate option. If you register as a group of 3 or more, you receive a $15 discount for each ticket. To ensure that all registration information is submitted, please read and follow the following instructions. 

To register as an individual, please complete the "Fall Conference 2026 Individual Registration" form. It will ask you for registration and payment information. All conference attendees need to have a valid annual membership. 

To register a group of attendees, please complete the "Fall Conference 2026 Group Registration Form". This form will ask for payment, the name and contact info for each of the group members. Once this has been received, an email will be sent to each registrant to fill out an additional form with their personal registration information (i.e., emergency contacts, dietary needs, accessibility needs). This allows groups to register without one person needing to know every group member's personal information. All conference attendees need to have a valid annual membership.

Full Conference Pricing:

Our most popular option, this includes overnight accommodation Friday and Saturday night. It also includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks on Saturday as well as breakfast and lunch Sunday. It also includes two keynote presentations, three presentation slots, the option of two panel discussions, the annual awards ceremony, and evening entertainment. 

Early Bird Individual Student Member Price: $260.00

Early Bird Student Group Members Price Per Ticket (3 or more people): $235.00

Early Bird Individual Member Price: $300.00

Early Bird Group Member Price Per Ticket (3 or more people): $285.00

Saturday Only Pricing:

The Saturday only option is from 8:30 am - 7:15 pm on Saturday September 26. It includes both keynote presentations, three presentation slots, lunch, dinner, and the awards ceremony. It does not include overnight accommodation, evening entertainment, or breakfast on Saturday.  

Saturday Only Individual Student Member Price: $90.00

Saturday Only Group Student Members Price Per Ticket (2 or more people): $75.00

Saturday Only Individual Member Price: $140.00

Saturday Only Group Members Price Per Ticket: $125.00

Attendance for Our Annual Meeting

Free - We just ask that if you are not already registered for the conference, you register for the annual meeting to ensure that we provide enough seating for all attendees. Membership is required to vote on motions at the annual meeting.

Prices will go up on August 7th, 2026.
