Bloom Network by Tulip is a curated community for students and recent grads in Amsterdam who want to build or join startups and surround themselves with other ambitious and exceptional people.

When you’re accepted into Bloom, you join a curated group of builders and founders in Amsterdam. As a member, you’ll receive email invitations to Bloom dinners, sessions, and activities. You can choose which events to join. You’re not obliged to attend everything, but we do expect you to show up regularly and engage with the community.

This form helps us understand who you are, what you’re building (or want to build), and how Bloom can help you.

What happens if you’re accepted?

By joining Bloom Network, you’ll be added to our private talent pool. We’ll email you invitations to Bloom events (dinners, sessions, activities), and you’ll be able to accept or decline each one.

You’re not expected to attend every single event, but Bloom is built on participation and we’re looking for people who intend to show up regularly and contribute.
