“How Equinox Corp works”

Equinox Corp is a managed video-editing service. We connect clients with suitable editors and handle client communication, project coordination, pricing and delivery.

For each project, the editor's payout, deadline, deliverables and revision terms will be agreed before work begins.

Editors are expected to maintain confidentiality, meet agreed deadlines, communicate professionally, and not bypass Equinox to independently solicit clients introduced through Equinox.

Payment terms will be confirmed for each project before work begins.

Agency Management Fee (Commission Clause) By applying to the Equinox Corp roster, you agree that the agency operates on a service-brokerage model. Equinox Corp will handle 100% of client acquisition, invoicing, and project management. In exchange for these services, a standard management fee of 10% to 20% will be deducted from the gross project budget before final payout. The exact net payout for each project will be clearly briefed to you before you accept any assignment

Portfolio & Social Media Usage License To attract high-paying clients for our roster talent, you grant Equinox Corp a non-exclusive, worldwide license to showcase the video links, edits, and portfolio samples submitted in this form across our official social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website). We will present these assets strictly as "Equinox Roster Talent" showcases. Your personal contact details or original source names will not be shared publicly to maintain client-firewall security.
