Psychedelic Integration Group

This 6-week integration group is designed for people exploring at-home ketamine therapy or navigating their own psychedelic journeys. Together we’ll create a supportive space to reflect on experiences and explore practices that help translate insight into meaningful change.

Over the course of six weeks, we’ll explore practices such as intention setting, goal mapping, dreamwork, breathwork, parts work, and other integration approaches that support deeper reflection and lasting change.

Week 1 – Introductions & Intentions
Creating the container and clarifying what each participant hopes to explore.

Week 2 – Meeting the Parts
Introduction to parts work and inner dialogue.

Week 3 – Breathwork Experience
A guided breathwork session to explore embodied awareness and insight.

Week 4 – Working with Edges
Exploring resistance, fear, and growth at the edges of change.

Week 5 – The Stories We Carry
Understanding the narratives and beliefs that shape our sense of self.

Week 6 – Moving Forward
Reflecting on the journey and creating a personal integration plan.

I’m a licensed therapist, educator, and co-founder of Psychedelics Today, where I’ve spent over a decade exploring the intersection of psychology, non-ordinary states, and personal transformation.

Through my work with Psychedelics Today and Vital Psychedelic Training, I’ve had the opportunity to support thousands of students and practitioners in understanding psychedelic experiences, integration, and the broader landscape of transformative work.

My background brings together several areas of practice, including psychedelic integration, breathwork, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented psychology.

While much of my work has been in education and training, my individual work focuses on helping people make sense of meaningful experiences and integrate them into everyday life.
