Please review and agree to the following before submitting your application:

I understand that if a license or permit is required, it is my responsibility to have proper documentation and follow appropriate guidelines. The Mindful Market LBK is not liable or responsible to apply for or turn in applications for health inspections on my behalf.

I understand that chairs/tables are not provided and I am responsible for my full booth setup.

I understand that booth selection is curated by the organizers and is not first come, first served.

I agree to do a minimum of 2 social media posts (feed or stories) to promote the market and will tag @themindfulmarketlbk

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the application timeline and payment + contract due dates below.

Electrical Info:

I understand there may or may not be electrical access at this time. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything they need to operate their booth.

My booth requires electrical access.

Giveaway Contribution

I understand that all accepted vendors are required to donate product(s) or service for our Market Giveaway. It’s a simple way to share your work and help us celebrate community.

Refund + Credit Policy

I understand that all booth fees are non-refundable.

Setup + Tear down Policy

I understand that I am responsible for setting up, tearing down and cleaning up around my own booth, and I agree NOT to begin teardown until the market has officially ended.

Multi-Level Market (MLM) Policy

I understand in order to maintain the integrity and mission of the Mindful Market, we do not accept vendors representing multi-level marketing (MLM) companies or direct sales organizations (e.g., Scentsy, Young Living, Color Street, etc.). All products and services must be created, curated, or directly offered by the vendor applying.

Liability Waiver

I understand that The Mindful Market and its organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.

June 13th: All giveaway contributions are due. Perishables accepted through March 19th.
