However, as the central figure of the mystery, she harbors complex financial secrets and bears the heaviest dialogue load as events unravel. **Note, will need to work with stage blood and very light stage combat**

Miss Jane Marple (Lead; Female): An elderly spinster staying in the village, Miss Marple presents a mild and unassuming facade while possessing exceptional powers of observation. Julia Simmons (Supporting; Female): A witty, sharp-tongued pharmacy assistant who resides at Little Paddocks while posing as Patrick’s sister and Miss Blacklock's niece. She maintains a consistent supporting presence throughout the play, offering cynical commentary and hiding a secret double identity. **Note, does share a kiss with Patrick**

Phillipa Haymes (Supporting; Female): A quiet, serious, and elegant young war widow who works as a local gardener while lodging at Little Paddocks to support her son. Her dialogue is steadily paced across both acts as her guarded past and romantic ties to Edmund come to light. **Note, will hold hands with/hug Edmund**
