Vergenoeg Trail Indemnity

1. The indemnity grantor participates at own risk and agrees that he/she shall have no claim whatsoever against the organizing body, helper, sponsor or land owner in respect of any injury, loss or damage that participants may suffer arising from any injury to that person or property, caused directly or indirectly by negligence, albeit gross of one more of the above mentioned parties.
2. The indemnity grantor is aware of the danger associated with walking, running, mountain biking and accepts the risks associated therewith.
3. I declare that I am physically fit and healthy.
4. Indemnity grantor is aware the route can change because of weather, manmade obstacles or other causes. Beware of the unexpected.
5. RULES
-Strictly No Music/Noise in the parking area or on the trails.
-No littering or fires will be tolerated.
-No Alcohol or firearms are permitted.
-Please follow the "leave no trace" policy.
(Removal of any rocks, plants or trees from the reserve is strictly prohibited.)
