Labour Market Study

This survey is part of a labour market study looking at the workforce and economy across the region, carried out in partnership with the Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDIT), the District of Kitimat, and the City of Terrace. Your answers directly shape recommendations to government, training providers and major employers.

The survey aims to understand: • Where workers and skills are hardest to find • What competition and cost pressures employers are facing • How well businesses are connected to training, procurement and support
You can complete this survey anonymously; sharing your contact details at the end is optional. Responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate. Some sections will not apply to every business, so skip what is not relevant. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
