Youth Leader Volunteer Interest Form

We are excited for your interest in our fall Youth Leader volunteer opportunity for teens ages 13-17! We are currently accepting applications for Milwaukee, Ozaukee, and Racine Campus. For all the details, please be sure to review website!

Acceptance notification emails will be sent starting September 1.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through November 1, or until all spots are filled.

Steps to participate:

1. SUBMIT this Interest Form by November 1. - We will begin reviewing and accepting interest forms on September 1 and then continue on a rolling basis until November 1.

2. COMPLETE a WHS Volunteer Application and Youth Leader Medication Form, both which will be emailed to you upon acceptance.

3. SIGN UP for at least two volunteer shifts throughout the school year. - Options for shifts include: - Girl Scout Nights: select Tuesdays - Thursdays, 5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Kids Night Out: select Fridays, 4:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - 1-Day Camps: select days off from school, 8:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
