Youth Leader Volunteer Interest Form

We are excited for your interest in our fall Youth Leader volunteer opportunity for teens ages 13-17! For all the details, please be sure to review website!

Acceptance notification emails will be sent starting September 1. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through November 1, or until all spots are filled.

Steps to participate:

1. SUBMIT this Interest Form by November 1. - We will begin reviewing and accepting interest forms on September 1 and then continue on a rolling basis until November 1.
2. COMPLETE a WHS Volunteer Application and Youth Leader Medication Form, both which will be emailed to you upon acceptance.
3. SIGN UP for at least two volunteer shifts throughout the school year. - Options for shifts include: - Girl Scout Nights: select Tuesdays - Thursdays, 5:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - Kids Night Out: select Fridays, 4:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - 1-Day Camps: select days off from school, 8:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
