No. 2015/149497/07), a South African recruitment company acting as an authorised sourcing partner on behalf of UAB Hire Abroad (www.hireabroad.com), a recruitment platform registered in Lithuania and operating under EU GDPR.
What we collect at this stage: Your name, contact details, nationality, country of residence, work experience, and job preferences, only to assess whether you meet the basic eligibility requirements for available opportunities.
What we do NOT collect here: We do not collect your CV, passport, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data at this stage. If you progress, those documents are collected directly and securely by Hire Abroad on their platform.
Why we collect it: To determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria for international job placements in the Netherlands and Europe, on behalf of Hire Abroad.
Who we share it with: If you are eligible and you choose to proceed, you will be directed to register your full profile directly on the Hire Abroad platform (hireabroad.com), where Hire Abroad's own privacy policy applies. We do not share your information with employers directly.
International transfers: This form is processed by The Gifted Consultants in South Africa on behalf of Hire Abroad (Lithuania, EU). Appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses are in place for this transfer.
How long we keep it: Pre-screening information is retained for a maximum of 60 days. If you do not progress or do not register on the Hire Abroad platform, your data is deleted after 60 days.
