I agree to comply with all applicable National Association of Rocketry (NAR) Safety Codes, including High Power Rocket Safety Codes when applicable

I agree to comply with all applicable FAA regulations, waivers, NOTAMs, and airspace restrictions

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rocketeers of Central Indiana (ROCI), NAR Section 625, the National Association of Rocketry (NAR), their officers, directors, members, volunteers, range safety officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me

I further release and hold harmless the landowner, site owner, property manager, and any governmental or private entity permitting use of the launch site from any and all liability arising from my presence or participation

I understand that this waiver applies to low-power, mid-power, and high-power rocket activities, including preparation, launch, recovery, and post-launch activities

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Indiana
