We are looking for passionate, Christ-centered individuals to join our 2027 Summer Staff Team! If you love working with kids, serving others, and sharing the Gospel, we’d love to have you consider joining us for a summer at Dickson Valley.
Counselor: Lead campers through nine weeks of day camp, build relationships, disciple campers, share the Gospel, assist with activities and cleaning, and create a fun, Christ-centered environment.
Program Staff: Help create a welcoming and engaging camp experience through hospitality, hosting retreat groups, assisting with day camp, leading activities, cleaning, and managing camp programs for nine weeks.
All positions include staff housing, weekday camp meals, and $450/week. Must be at least 18 years old.
Staff Training(paid): Monday, May 24th - Saturday May 29th (Both program staff and counselors)
Day Camp: Tuesday June 1st-July 2nd / Monday July 12th- Friday August 6th
Summer Break: Saturday July 3rd-Sunday July 11th
