By submitting this form, the applicant hereby agrees as follows in respect of the Validator Delegation Program (VDP):
- Applicant agrees to provide any requested KYC/KYB documentation and acknowledges that the satisfactory completion of KYC/KYB is a condition to receiving a delegation under the VDP
- Applicant acknowledges that a delegation under the VDP may be suspended, decreased or cancelled in its entirety at any time if the minimum requirements of the VDP are not met or applicant has provided false information or is flagged as a sanctioned party.
- Applicant agrees that if applicant receives a delegation under the VDP, the Monad Foundation will have the right to access metrics from applicant's validator node for monitoring the network and applicant's performance
- Applicant understands and agrees that the following are requirements to participation in the VDP:
1) Continuously operate a Monad Testnet validator node in a performant manner
2) Comply with the MEV policy, i.e. do not peer with centralized order flow routers, and do not run modified versions of the Category Labs client
3) Adhere to the maximum commission (currently 20%)
Applicants can only receive VDP delegation to one node per entity.
MEV / LST providers are ineligible for participation in the VDP. While such persons/organizations are welcome to run validators on Monad, the Monad Foundation will not delegate pursuant to the VDP.
