Doctors Against Violence Network Needs & Membership Survey 2026

Doctors Against Violence (DAV) is a national network of clinicians committed to transforming how the Australian healthcare system responds to domestic and family violence. We believe every clinician should feel equipped, supported, and connected in this work.

Domestic and family violence is overwhelmingly a gendered issue. Our mission centres the safety and wellbeing of women and children, and we welcome the male allies and clinicians of all backgrounds who share that commitment.
This survey is dedicated to Dr Nikhil Autar, Co-Founder of DAV, whose belief in this work never wavered. Nikhil always told us we needed to be louder, bolder, and more visible. Losing him has given us a renewed determination to carry that forward.
Whether you are an existing DAV member or interested to learn more, your perspective matters. This survey takes around 15 minutes and is mostly multiple choice, so it is straightforward to complete. It is anonymous and confidential. Your responses will only ever be used in aggregate. You will have the option to share your contact details at the end if you choose to.
