This survey will ask you about your experience moderating, managing, or administering an online social community, as well as what resources and services you want IFTAS and others to focus on in the coming year.

All persons engaged in content moderation, community management, or service administration - on any web site, any platform, any protocol.
While the bulk of our respondents are ActivityPub-based, we encourage anyone working across the Social Web to fill out this survey. In past years we've heard from community builders on Bluesky and other ATProto services, Matrix, Nostr, Reddit, Discord... everyone has something to contribute!
Some questions are more for admins, some are more for moderators, and we know that this is not always the same person. We want to hear from all community builders; if you are part of a team please ask encourage all members of the team to respond as well, skipping any questions they don't know or don't want to answer.
