1. Direct-to-seller: You must have a fully executed Purchase Agreement (PA) directly with the homeowner. No daisy-chains.
2. Minimum Spread: We prioritize deals with a minimum assignment potential of $5,000.
3. Transparency: You must be willing to provide a redacted copy of your PA for vetting.
4. Lock-Box: If unoccupied home must have a lockbox
