I have read the Kustomique Policies and Terms, and agree to all terms, including the disclosures below: β₯ PAYMENT POLICY: I understand that orders are not confirmed until full payment is received. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure my event date. β₯ DESIGN & PROOFS: I am responsible for the accuracy of all spelling provided (Names, Ages, Dates). Once a design is approved or printed, changes cannot be made. β₯ SAFETY: Favors contain small parts; adult supervision is required (Ages 3+). β₯ SUBSTITUTIONS: I agree to similar product substitutions if store inventory is low. β₯ WEATHER: I understand Kustomique is not responsible for heat-damaged/melted items. β₯ REFUND POLICY: Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once production has started. β₯ PROCESSING TIME: I understand that custom favors require a minimum of 3 weeks. Orders placed after this window may be subject to a rush fee. β₯ PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: Kustomique provides custom packaging for store-bought/pre-packaged items. Kustomique is not responsible for food allergies, sensitivities, or manufacturing defects of the original products. β₯ SHIPPING DELAYS: Kustomique is not responsible for carrier delays (USPS/UPS/FedEx). We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure your treats arrive in time for the party! β₯ DAMAGES: We pack every order with love and care. Once the package leaves our hands, Kustomique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit or inclement weather. We highly recommend adding Shipping Insurance for your order for peace of mind.
