I acknowledge that participation in Green Seed Arts Workshops involves inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor activities and group interactions. I hereby release Green Seed Arts and associated staff from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during workshop activities. I grant permission for my child(ren) to participate fully in all camp activities and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.
