Bookings open every Sunday and Closes Wednesday of the second week. The weekend of the second week is when services take place which includes, Friday Saturday and Sunday. I will always notify you on Instagram with a countdown in our stories!

What is your gift card order number? Each coal can only be used once.

Use the order number from the gift card confirmation email forwarded to you by the buyer. You’ll have three weeks from the purchase date to redeem it.

We operate as a curbside pitstop, quick efficient & convenient.

It is imperative that you arrive at your selected time window as we then transition into car seat maintenance afterwards. When you arrive for drop off or pick up message us on Facebook messenger and will come out to collect or deliver your car seat. Please remain in your vehicle and we’ll be out shortly.

Car Seat Cleaning Service – Key Info

Scheduling & Approval:

All services must be scheduled in advance. Your spot is not guaranteed until confirmation. After submitting this form, you’ll be guided to our website to select your service and pay.Pickup includes a 10-minute grace period. Late pickup = $10 fee.

ID Requirement:

Valid photo ID required at drop-off & pickup (or alternate with ID). No ID = no service & refund issued. Only ZIP code needed for verification; cross out your street address.

Car Seat Condition: Seats must be free of toys, snacks, or personal items. Items left inside are not our responsibility. Pickup Notification: We’ll notify you via Messenger when your seat is ready. Reply within 1 hour to confirm your pickup.

Car Seat Refresh & Payment: Standard cleaning is unscented. Tropical Coconut fragrance = optional upgrade, pay on our website before drop-off. Payment due at booking (debit/credit). Non-refundable except if you cannot present valid ID at curbside. Payment = priority for requested weekend; if full, you get first dibs on next available slot.

Permission & Liability: You’re granting Sultri Daze Pack & Stroll permission of possession of your car seat overnight for cleaning/drying.We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, voided manufacturer warranties, or items left inside the seat.

Cleaning Method: Gentle, child-safe hand cleaning. No soaking, pressure washing, or disassembly of safety parts. Safety always comes first.

Health & Safety:Excessive bodily fluids, mold, or extreme dirt may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
