A small community practice for people who want to build sustainable, wholesome habits. Each cycle, you choose one (or more) practice across four aspects of life:

Body — how you move, rest, and inhabit your physical self Mind — how you think, learn, and quieten mental clutter Heart — how you feel, connect, and open to others and yourself Shadow — what you are ready to acknowledge, release, or transform
