The BOLD Crew

The world is changing, and more people are ditching corporate to become creators and entrepreneurs than ever before. The creator economy is growing ~25% YOY and is projected to double by 2030; it's never been a more exciting time to build an online business. However, the noise has never been louder; so many feel overwhelmed and struggle to put themselves out there.

The BOLD Crew is a small, application-only programme for early-stage (or aspiring) founders, creators and fractional leaders who want to build a business from their personal brand that's rooted in their values. This is for those with a BOLDness deep inside them, who feel they have something to share that will not only make our newsfeeds more hopeful but will allow them to build a life on their own terms. No more asking your boss to leave early to pick up the kids, or panicking at the sound of a Slack message when you've simply asked for some PTO to enjoy a little bit of your life (God forbid).

Over 6–8 weeks, kicking off in January 2027, you'll learn to show up with BOLDness, using skills that carry across every platform (with a primary focus on LinkedIn). It's mostly online, with an in-person meetup (in London/Bristol).

What stage of business/career are you at right now?

Still in corporate, thinking about leaving but haven't taken the leap yet

Where does building your personal brand sit on your priority list?

Top of the list. I've put this off long enough and I'm ready to commit now.

Climbing up. I know it matters and I want to make it happen soon.

On the radar. It's something I want to do, just not urgently.

What are you most scared of when it comes to building your personal brand?

Being judged. I worry about what colleagues, clients or people I know will think when they see me posting.

Not being interesting enough. I don't know what to say, or I feel like everything's already been said.

Putting in the effort and getting nothing back. I'm scared of posting into the void with no engagement or results.

What would you want to get out of this?

Clarity and confidence. I want to know exactly what I stand for, what to post about, and feel comfortable showing up.

A consistent habit. I want a simple system that helps me post regularly without it taking over my week.

Real business results. I want my personal brand to bring in opportunities, whether that's clients, job offers, speaking gigs or partnerships.

Where are you at with video content right now?

Already doing it. I post video and want to get better at it and more consistent.

Ready to start. I know I need to, I just need a push and some guidance.

Not there yet. The thought of being on camera makes me recoil.

How important is it that your personal brand truly reflects who you are and what you stand for?

Non-negotiable. I want to build something meaningful that's rooted in my values.

Really important. I want it to feel like me, but I'm not sure yet how to get there.

Nice to have. I'm mainly focused on visibility and results right now.

What kind of time investment are you ready for?

Light touch: under 1 hour a week, I'm juggling a lot right now
