Event Terms & Conditions (Bond)

1) Tickets & Entry
Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time listed. We may request valid photo ID at entry. Late arrivals may miss parts of the Event and are not entitled to a refund. Bond reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

2) Cancellations, Refunds & Ticket Changes
Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the Event start time. More than 24 hours before the Event, you may request a date change or credit, subject to availability and venue limitations. If Bond cancels or significantly alters an Event, we will offer a replacement date, credit, or refund at our discretion. Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 3 hours before the Event by emailing bondeventsinc@gmail.com with the replacement attendee's full name.

3) Photography, Video & Social Media Use
By attending a Bond Event, you grant Bond a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to capture and use photos, video, and audio recordings that may include your image, voice, or likeness for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, without additional consent or compensation.
Opt-out: If you do not wish to appear in media, email bondeventsinc@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the Event and notify staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid direct capture, though incidental background appearances may still occur.

4) Health, Fitness & Assumption of Risk
Some Events may involve physical activity (such as fitness classes or movement-based workshops). You confirm that you are physically able to participate and agree to follow all instructions from hosts, instructors, and venues.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Bond, its hosts, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If unsure, consult a qualified medical professional before attending.

5) Code of Conduct
Bond is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free environment. Any behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
Events involving alcohol are strictly 18+, and valid ID may be required. Please drink responsibly.

6) Venues, Partners & Event Changes
Event locations, instructors, schedules, and formats may change. We will notify attendees of material changes as soon as reasonably possible. Bond is not responsible for the actions, services, or facilities of third-party venues or partners, nor for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7) Communications Consent
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive Event-related communications, reminders, and community updates via email and, where applicable, SMS or WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8) Data Protection
Data Controller: Bond Events
Purpose of processing: Managing bookings and attendance; Event communications and community updates; Billing, tax, and legal compliance; Safety and incident management; Marketing communications (where consent is provided).
Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent.
Data sharing: limited to payment processors, venues, and service providers strictly necessary to deliver Events. International transfers, if any, are protected by appropriate safeguards.
Retention: data is stored only as long as legally required or until consent is withdrawn.

9) Tickets Purchased for Others
If you purchase a ticket on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their permission to share their information and that they agree to these Terms.

10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish Law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia.
