What information I collect
When you complete my Creator Onboarding Form, I may collect your name, contact details, social media profiles, information about your content and audience, previous or current brand collaborations, representation, commercial arrangements, rates and the information you choose to share about current or potential opportunities.
Why I use your information
I use this information to understand your creator profile, assess whether and how we might work together, and, where relevant, support you with brand partnerships and commercial opportunities.
I do not use the information submitted through this form to add you to a marketing or newsletter list.
I process the information you provide because it is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a professional relationship with you. Where appropriate, I may also process information where I have a legitimate interest in managing our professional relationship and relevant commercial opportunities.
How your information is handled
I use Tally to collect and store responses to the Creator Onboarding Form. Tally acts as a data processor for form responses on my behalf.
I do not sell your personal information.
How long I keep your information
I will keep the information submitted through the Creator Onboarding Form for as long as reasonably necessary to assess potential opportunities and manage our professional relationship. If we do not work together, I will normally delete the information within 24 months, unless I need to keep it for longer for legal or legitimate business reasons.
You may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for access to your data, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request deletion or restriction of your information, and to object to certain uses of your data.
