You can submit a proposal for Warsaw, New York, or both.

We aim to respond within 2 days of your submission.
Decentralized AI Days is a community-driven event series for engineers, researchers, builders, and practitioners exploring the intersection of AI, decentralized systems, and Web3.
The events are hosted by the
Numerai Council of Elders and sponsored by
Numerai.
We focus on practical, technical, and thought-provoking content — from decentralized compute and open-source AI to privacy, agents, coordination, and real-world experiments.
No hype. No sales pitches. Just interesting people sharing useful ideas and things they’ve built.
30 minutes total, including approximately 5 minutes for Q&A.
A good talk should teach the audience something useful. For example:
• a technical problem you’ve worked on
• a research result or experiment
• an open-source project
• a system or protocol you’ve built
• lessons learned from something that worked — or didn’t
• an interesting technical idea worth discussing
Live demos are very welcome.
1–2 hours, depending on the topic.
Workshops should be interactive and give participants an opportunity to learn by doing. This might involve coding, experimenting with a protocol or model, working through a practical problem, analysing data, or building something together.
If your workshop requires participants to install software, create accounts, bring a laptop, or prepare anything in advance, please tell us in your proposal.
If you select Talk + Workshop, you’re proposing both a 30-minute talk and a separate 1–2 hour workshop related to the same topic.
Anything relevant to decentralized AI or adjacent technologies is welcome. For example:
• decentralized/distributed ML
• open-source AI and ML tools
• decentralized compute, data, or model networks
• privacy-preserving/verifiable ML
• incentive mechanisms, prediction, and collective intelligence
• AI agents
• cryptography or blockchain applied to AI
• demos and lessons from real-world systems
This list is not exhaustive. If you think something would be interesting and useful to our community, propose it. You can also take a look at materials from our previous events for inspiration.
We value substance over hype.
A strong session should leave attendees with at least one of the following:
• useful new knowledge
• practical skills
• a better understanding of a technical problem
• lessons from a real-world experiment or system
• interesting questions or ideas to explore further
You do not need to be an experienced conference speaker. First-time speakers are very welcome.
Sales pitches, token pitches, generic company presentations, or sponsored speaking slots.
If your session is connected to a company or project, that’s completely fine — just focus the session on what the audience can learn, rather than what they should buy.
We’ll use your email only to contact you about your proposal.
We may record sessions and publish them online after the event.
Please note that travel, accommodation, and other speaker expenses are not covered.
We will provide food and drinks throughout the day for speakers and attendees.
You’re also welcome to bring company or project swag to share at the event, if you have any.
