Prout Convention 2026 Registration

*** Important Notice: This year's convention will not be held at Ananda Gaorii, but will be at Avnø Oasis Ecovillage *** On top of the convention ticket, there will be an additional cost of accommodation if you choose to sleep in a room at Avnø Oasis. If you choose to sleep in a tent, there is no additional cost. See our website for Travel Information to Avnø Oasis. We recommend travelling to Vordingborg train station, where we will be running a shuttle bus to the venue.

We want everyone who wishes to attend the Prout Convention to be able to participate, regardless of financial situation. We can discuss an accessible price or scholarship privately.

Note: The convention ticket grants access to the convention and all meals. Accommodation will be an additional cost, unless you choose to sleep in a tent which is no additional cost (see options below) These Early Bird prices displayed will expire on May 15th, after which both the convention pass and accommodation will increase in price.
We offer reduced-rate tickets to support participants from lower-income contexts. Ticket pricing is based on self-assessment. We trust you to choose the rate that best reflects your financial situation and context.

Payment

We will send you a follow-up email with the total amount owed for payment following the completion of this registration form.
Payment for the convention and accommodation should be made as one payment. We recommend using Wise for faster payments with lower fees. Otherwise, regular bank transfers are accepted although will take longer, may include fees, and cause tracking difficulties.
