"Sophia" Girls' Academy Internship Application Form

About us:

Sophia Girls’ Academy is a remote international program for girls aged 10–16, providing support in professional and educational spheres in underrepresented areas. This form is intended to recruit interns who will support this initiative.
Please note:
• You should be a 14–18-year-old female;
• The application is open to applicants from all countries;
• Priority deadline: April 17; Regular deadline: May 1;
• Applications with AI-written text will not be considered;
• Decisions will be released within two weeks after submission; • Internship period: May 15 - July 15.

Interns' Responsibilites:

Social Media Management Interns are responsible:
• To run our Instagram and TikTok pages;
• To design conceptual posts;
• To post updates and announcements;
• To post stories during significant holidays.

Software Engineering Interns are responsible:
• To code a whole functioning website (can pick frontend or backend);
• To insert software updates;
• To fix technical issues and bugs (and announce about them in advance);
• Add (when requested) announcement bars and banners to the website;

Education Interns are responsible:
To support students in their academic and professional development.
After acceptance, interns may choose one of the following tracks:
• College Consulting
• Career Orientation
• College Essays
• Summer Programs
• English
• SAT
• Other exceptional skills
Priority will be given to applicants who submit a portfolio.

Journalism Interns are responsible:
• To contribute to social media content writing;
• To create and analyze student feedback surveys;
• To conduct interviews with successful female figures.

Human Resources Interns are responsible:
• To conduct an admissions process for students who will apply to this program;
• To track interns' commitments;
• To organize events for interns;
• To document interns' work;
