YouthPay | Lead Brand & Product Designer

Help shape the look and feel of YouthPay.

We are building financial products for teenagers in Pakistan. We are looking for a designer who can bring together brand strategy, visual identity, and product design to create an experience that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha while earning parents' trust. YouthPay is now incubated at the National Incubation Centre Karachi. This is an opportunity to own the design function at an early-stage fintech and work directly with the founding team.
University students are welcome to apply.
Important: The role follows a hybrid arrangement, with one in-person workday per week. It will initially be part-time and unpaid, with the possibility of transitioning to a paid, full-time position as YouthPay grows.
