I hereby give my consent to participate in the Adult Kickball League organized by AB’s Nutrition LLC and TRY OR FAIL LLC in Potomac Shores, Dumfries, VA. In exchange for my acceptance into the league, I acknowledge and assume all risks and hazards associated with participation. I release, absolve, and hold harmless AB’s Nutrition LLC and TRY OR FAIL LLC, along with its officers, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability for injuries that may occur while traveling to, participating in, or returning from league games, practices, or related events.

In the event of an injury, I waive all claims against AB’s Nutrition LLC and TRY OR FAIL LLC, including its organizers, referees, affiliates, league participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, the owners or lessors of the premises where games or events are held.

I acknowledge that participation in kickball carries inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate at my own discretion.
