I am gathering genuine stories and experiences from the workplace for a writing project exploring organisational dynamics. I'm especially curious about what it feels like to be ignored, discounted, not appreciated, or "overlooked" at work, as well as what it's like to feel truly seen.
This isn't a scientific survey, and I'm not collecting any data or statistics. I just want real stories, which will be used anonymously in the writing project. Your names will only be included if you ask for them to be.
Sharing your story should take about ten to fifteen minutes. There are no right or wrong answers, only your personal experience in your own words.
Please specify your industry (do not include your company name)
