Goodrounds Registration

Assumption of Risk. I understand that Goodrounds activities involve physical exercise, including running, boxing and shadowboxing drills, strength training, HIIT, agility, mobility, bodyweight exercises, resistance-band exercises, and other strenuous activities. I voluntarily participate and understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including strains, sprains, falls, collisions, overexertion, dehydration, illness, aggravation of existing conditions, serious injury, and, in rare cases, death. I understand that Goodrounds activities may take place outdoors and may involve uneven or slippery surfaces, grass, pavement, weather conditions, heat, pedestrians, cyclists, vehicles, other participants, and other environmental hazards. I knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks.

Health & Participant Responsibility. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and am responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for me. Goodrounds does not provide medical advice or guarantee my safety or fitness to participate. I agree to follow reasonable instructor directions, remain aware of my surroundings, use equipment as instructed, and stop participating if I feel injured, dizzy, unwell, or unable to continue safely.

Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Goodrounds, Melis Deniz, So Ra Lee, and their respective owners, organizers, instructors, coaches, employees, volunteers, agents, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in Goodrounds activities, including personal injury or loss of or damage to property, except for liability that cannot legally be waived.

Personal Belongings. I am responsible for my personal belongings. Goodrounds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Medical Emergencies. If I am injured or experience a medical emergency, I authorize Goodrounds organizers to seek reasonable emergency medical assistance when necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Payment & Cancellation. Each Goodrounds class costs $18. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class and no-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class may receive a refund or class credit at Goodrounds’ discretion.

Governing Law & Severability. This agreement is governed by New York law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
