Application Disclaimer – The Winter Show 2027
Submitting this application is the first step in the selection process. Applicants selected to participate will be notified in writing via email by mid-June 2026. The acceptance letter will include booth dimensions and pricing details.
Exhibitors at The Winter Show must present authentic works that accurately reflect their stated period and remain in their original form. Copies and reproductions are will not be accepted. Any works created after 1977 must be unique, custom, or of a limited edition. All works must be in their original form, be respectful of the materials used, and be available for sale, with pricing clearly displayed on labels or price lists. Works exhibited at the Show may not be pre-sold.
Important Information:
Booth assignments are determined by the Executive Director based on availability. Priority is given to dealers with a long-standing history in the show. Upon acceptance, exhibitors will receive a contract and an initial invoice for a deposit to secure their participation. Participation in the 2027 edition of The Winter Show is confirmed upon receipt of the completed Exhibitor Contract and deposit payment.
