Sofia Early Access Program

As an alpha tester, you'll have early access to Sofia and play a crucial role in shaping the product. This is a hands-on commitment requiring active participation.

I understand my role as an alpha tester:

I will actively test Sofia, report bugs, and provide honest feedback on features and user experience.

I commit to attending office hours. I will participate in weekly office hours (1h/week) to discuss findings, share feedback, and contribute to product discussions.

I will complete feedback forms. I will fill out regular feedback surveys and forms sent by the team to document my experience.

I will engage in product discussions. I will actively participate in Discord discussions, share my insights, and collaborate with other testers.

I acknowledge the time commitment. I understand this requires approximately 3-4 hours per week and that inactive testers will be removed from the program after 2 weeks of non-participation.

I will not do my best to participate in discussions about the product. In order to ensure the quality of comments, I understand that I must avoid participating in any discussions.

One thing to know: we keep this group small and engaged on purpose. Every week we send out a short feedback form — it helps us improve Sofia and it's how we know you're still along for the ride. We regularly clean up inactive members to keep the energy high, so make sure to fill it out when it drops.
